

He just came upon a Maschine recently, but I have to tell him now of issues with NA Support. Really? I have a friend who is a die hard Akai user. It takes at least 10 business day for someone to get back to you, and when they do they don’t provide you with the correct information that you need. You have tons of articles for this or that, but sometimes it's better to speak with someone, because an article just may not help you. So, we spend all this money and there is no one to talk to or no one to have a chat session with. I replied back and said there was no video, so please send it to me again. But there was no video attached, so no help there. Received an email on May 12th and someone stated "Here a video on how to set it up for Windows Computers".

Received an email on May 5th stating "Due to the high amount of incoming requests, we currently cannot achieve our desired response times".

I opened a case on April 20th for an issue.
